Peach City Beach Cruise
📍 Lakeshore Drive & Rotary/Gyro Parks, Penticton
Canada’s premier rod, antique, and classic car show takes over Penticton’s prime beachfront street for three days. Hundreds of show cars line the Magic Mile on Lakeshore Drive while prime bands perform Friday and Saturday evenings. Food vendors, a beverage garden, novelty souvenirs, and a genuine festival atmosphere fill the downtown core. A beloved annual tradition and one of the best free shows in the Okanagan.

Penticton Pacific Northwest Elvis Festival
📍 Penticton Trade & Convention Centre & Okanagan Lake Park
Canada’s largest and longest-running Elvis festival returns for its 24th year. Sanctioned and licensed by Elvis Presley Enterprises, the best Elvis Tribute Artists (ETAs) from around North America compete in professional and non-professional divisions — with the Penticton winner earning a shot at the Memphis Ultimate Elvis Finals. Outdoor park shows, Saturday Night Tribute, and Sunday Judged Finals. Kick-off party at The Hub on Martin June 25.

45th Annual Summerland Action Festival

One of the Okanagan’s most beloved community events is back for its 45th year — three days of free family fun at Memorial Park. Live music all weekend at the bandshell, the action-packed Slo-Pitch Tournament, Giant’s Head Run, kids’ fishing derby, carnival rides, Kiwanis Pancake Breakfast, Summerland’s Got Talent, fireworks, and a beverage garden. A Summerland institution and the perfect unofficial kickoff to Okanagan summer.

Dwight Yoakam Live in Concert
📍 South Okanagan Events Centre, Penticton · Doors 6 PM | Show 7 PM
Country legend Dwight Yoakam brings his 21-time GRAMMY-nominated catalog to the SOEC for one night only. With over 25 million albums sold, 12 gold albums, and 9 platinum releases, this is one of the biggest touring acts to hit the South Okanagan this summer. Tickets available through the Valley First Box Office at the SOEC. Get them early — this one will sell.

HaHaHaKidzfest
Penticton’s annual children’s festival returns to Okanagan Lake Park. Performing arts, live entertainment, interactive activities, and hands-on fun for kids and families across the lakefront park. Friday features a community concert at 6 PM with the Okanagan Symphony Orchestra and Youth Orchestra. Public general admission runs Saturday 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM. Limited Friday tickets available due to school field trip day — book early.

45th Annual Summerland Action Festival
Forty-five years of community tradition — three days of free family entertainment at Memorial Park. Okanagan Super Sprints
Penticton Paddle Sports hosts competitors from across the region at the annual Okanagan Super Sprints on Skaha Lake. 250-metre sprint races in canoe, kayak, and outrigger disciplines make for exciting spectating along the lakeshore. A fast, fun, family-friendly weekend event — free to watch from the park. Worth combining with a beach afternoon on Skaha.

Penticton Regional Bridge Tournament
Canada’s largest regional bridge tournament returns to the Penticton Trade and Convention Centre for a full week of competition. Players of all levels compete across stratified events including 299er Pairs, Gold Rush Pairs, MidFlight Pairs, and TopFlight Swiss — drawing competitors from across Canada. If you’re a bridge player, this is a major on the calendar. If not, the convention centre fills up and brings hundreds of visitors to the valley mid-month.

June 21 is National Indigenous Peoples Day — an opportunity to honour and celebrate the rich cultures, traditions, and contributions of First Nations, Métis, and Inuit peoples. Peach City Beach Cruise
Canada’s premier classic car event lines Penticton’s Lakeshore Drive with hundreds of show cars for three days. Penticton Pacific Northwest Elvis Festival — 24th Annual
Canada’s largest and longest-running Elvis festival runs concurrently with the Beach Cruise for one massive downtown weekend. Outdoor park shows at Okanagan Lake Park run all weekend (Friday doors open at noon, wristband entry). Saturday Night Tribute Show at the Convention Centre starts at 8 PM (doors 7 PM). Sunday Judged Finals at 2 PM (doors 1 PM). The winning ETA moves on to the Memphis Ultimate Elvis Finals. Dress the part — Blue Suede Shoes not optional.
