I’m Riccardo “Rico” Manazza — a licensed REALTOR® serving the Okanagan Valley with eXp Realty and the My Property Central Real Estate Group. I built Living in the Okanagan because I saw too many people making one of the biggest decisions of their lives — where to live — with nothing more than a listing page and a Google search.
